There’s no pressure to join Align. During your visit, we’ll explain what we do and how our program works, but it needs to be a true win-win. Align does not accept insurance, as we operate on a cash-pay model.
However, you can pay for Align with an HSA and FSA. We recommend confirming with your HSA/FSA provider that our services are eligible for reimbursement.

In many cases, yes. At Align, we focus on identifying the root causes of your pain and developing a personalized plan to support healing and improved function. If your structural damage does require surgery to correct, Align can do your prehab to optimize the effectiveness of the surgery. Then we recommend coming back post surgery & physical therapy to complete the strength building process so you can be pain free and strong for the long term.

No referral or imaging is required to get started at Align. If you already have imaging (like X-rays or MRIs), feel free to bring printed reports to your consultation.

Physical therapy excels in acute rehabilitation, such as immediately after an injury or surgery. Align excels with people who have been in constant or intermittent pain longer than 3 months, who want to fix their pain, build strength, and partner with us for a lifetime of capable, resilient movement.
